This inspection includes the following:

• Blower
  We will clean the blower assembly, including the fan, motor, and housing. This helps boost airflow and prevent debris buildup.
• Heat Exchanger
  We clean the heat exchanger to remove soot and dust. This helps improves the efficiency of “heat transfer” and also reduces the risk of carbon monoxide leaks.
• Ductwork
  The technician will inspect the ductwork to ensure there are no leaks or blockages that could hinder airflow. 
• Thermostat
  We check your thermostat to make sure it’s accurate. If it’s off, we’ll recalibrate it.
• Safety and Efficiency Testing
  We test gas pressure, carbon monoxide levels, and overall system performance. These checks ensure both your system’s efficiency as well as your safety.
• Detailed Reporting
  We’ll give you a comprehensive report on the condition of your furnace. We’ll highlight any issues we found and summarize the work we did. When indicated, we’ll make recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Cleanup
  After the service, our technician will clean up their work area and dispose of any waste, such as the old air filter and cleaning materials. It will look like we were never there.
